Speedy started with a simple frustration: businesses needed good people fast, but the agencies they called were slow, expensive, or playing loose with compliance. We decided to be the opposite.

Our story

Local knowledge, national reach

For over 15 years we've been matching Australian workers with the businesses that need them. We've grown by doing the unglamorous things well — answering the phone, sending the right person, getting the paperwork right.

Today we place thousands of workers a year across construction, logistics, manufacturing, hospitality and commercial roles. But we still operate like the small, responsive team we started as: every client gets a real consultant, and every worker gets treated like a person, not a number.

Engaging an unlicensed labour hire provider can expose your business to serious penalties. Here's how Speedy removes that risk.

Current state licences

We hold a current Victorian Labour Hire Licence (VICLHL11375) and operate in line with each state's labour hire scheme. Licence details and certificates are provided on request for your records.

Right-to-work & tickets

Every worker's visa status, qualifications, white cards, licences and tickets are verified and recorded before they ever step on-site.

Correct pay & awards

We apply the correct modern award, classification and pay rate to every placement, with transparent timesheets you can reconcile against.

Full insurance cover

Workers' compensation and public liability insurance are maintained for all on-hire workers — certificates of currency available on request.

WHS & safety

Site inductions, PPE checks and safety briefings are standard. We actively manage incidents and report transparently.

Records on demand

Timesheets, super contributions, payslips and compliance documents are kept in order and available whenever you — or an auditor — ask.
